He Shaved His Beard!

Hairy husband no more! We've been separated for a few weeks now, but I took the baby over to visit him yesterday and while I was there, he shaved his beard (he let me start, I think so he didn't chicken out).

Halloween fun!

Last night, the kids and I carved a huge pumpkin we got from my mom and dad. Well, Ashton picked out the face, I traced it, and Alyssa cut it out. It was a team effort and it turned out quite well.

Alyssa's New Used Bed

So, this awesome lady on our local Freecycle gave us a twin bed with frame AND all the bedding. She even gave us a pillow that was still inside the missing sham. Alyssa is so happy that she has a bed now. :-)
